Through a deep understanding of Amazon’s PXT culture and brand ethos, the planning focused on creating a relaxed yet purposeful environment. Reference materials included PXT’s brand guidelines for consistent visual identity and team briefs which highlighted the need for meaningful engagement and recognition. Stakeholder insights emphasized a dual-tone format: a focused conference to align goals and a festive close to celebrate collective achievements.
We developed a cohesive design and experience journey across two segments:
Main Conference (RRR: Relax. Rejuvenate. Refresh): Round-table layouts, branded registration zones, photo booths, and stage backdrops tailored for professional connection and thought-sharing.
Dinner & Celebration (Bollywood Theme): Glamorous Bollywood-style décor, 360° photo ops, custom props, DJ sets, and a paparazzi-style red carpet entrance brought the theme to life.
Design templates, trophies, and giveaway kits were curated to meet brand standards and budget constraints
